Pennsylvania vehicle inspections are due based on the month and day listed on your current inspection sticker. You’re allowed to complete your inspection:
- During the month shown on the sticker
- Or in either of the two months prior, giving you a three-month window for compliance
Once inspected, your new sticker is valid for one year from the original expiration date. There is no mileage requirement.
